The top of the first was pretty fast...

Wow...
Adrian Gonzalez is very slow...

Adrian
He's always been pretty slow for some reason.

Great studies in contrasts on the 2003 RoughRiders team: watching AG and Botts run the bases, and 5'9" Erik Thompson throwing harder than any of the five guys 6'5" or taller (Loe, Chris Young, Travis Hughes, Sam Narron, Kozlowski) on the Opening Day pitching staff.

Laird
At least he can catch throws into home.

Yep...
I was just thinking that...

whoa
dellucci made a nice play in the outfield, i guess that almost makes up for the easy plays he's been missing

Loe still in...
I like that decision...

He's at 90 pitches, but I like him going back out there for the 8th.  See how much he has left in the tank, if he can come back after that long 7th and still be effective.

Wow...
Welcome to the big leagues, Liriano...

wow

GMJ
Gary jacked one pretty deep in Toronto earlier this year. I bet it was close to this one today. GMJ can send em a long way when he gets a hold of one from the right side of the plate.

Jesus
That was fantastic.

Missed the game but...
I'm excited about where all these youngsters will take us next year if anywhere.
Diamond then locked eyes with the hitter and wondered out loud whether it would be funny if he were to "wear a fastball"... Jamey Newberg
