Good deal
I like this deal, if they can keep Benoit in the bullpen where he performed outstandingly in 2005, this is a steal.

Benoit
I think Benoit is poised for a big year. He really seemed to find a nitch in the pen last year, and I often found myself wondering why we weren't giving him a shot at being our 8th inning guy. With Otsuka (supposedly/hopefully) entrenched as our setup man this year, I'm hoping Benoit can settle in and give us a reliable 7th inning bridge guy.
Somebody's got to win the West in '06. Why not Texas???
