I heard when Fraley left the DMN his wife had taken a top job at the Post-Dispatch. Guess it was a combo deal. Several Ranger quotes included

Well.....

Watching the numbers roll in for FA's I was getting a sneaking suspicion that the $80MM Hicks is looking at as payroll might just be the equivalent to the $60MM he has been spending. So.....one step forward and two steps back.
Fraley seems to add more proof to my theory.
