Wow
What a question.

I'd say Japan.

And now all of the resources from America's oldest investment firm are available online. Dillon and Edwards on the Internet, at www.clownpenis.fart.

Nope
Looking at the peninsular shape at the southeast end, I thought "Kauai" ... then I saw a nearby land mass to the NE, so that can't be it.

Have no idea
We have no sense of scale and don't even know where north is.  They're close enough where you can plainly make out rivers and stuff, so it could be just about any random island, I guess.

I looked at it in Google Earth
Because I'm such a dork sitting here on a Friday night with nothing better to do.

Anyway, I'm pretty sure you're right.  It's weird how different it looks, but yeah, I can see it.

Wow
Is that a real, unretouched image?

Why do they appear closer to Earth than other space shots?
