T.R. Sullivan reports that Adam Eaton is considering surgery, and expects to be out for the first three months of the season.
On the plus side, Sullivan reports that Juan Dominguez will be the pitcher joining the rotation, putting to rest the notion that one of the DVD trio would be prematurely rushed to the majors.
Evan Grant says whether he goes the surgical route, or rest-and-rehab, Eaton will be out three months.
