I would be leery of a guy who's had some bicep problems in his throwing arm and I personally don't like using first round picks for a future relief pitcher. My choice would be Stubbs or Drabek, whoever falls. If both are gone i'd look hard at two position players: Antonelli or Parmelee.
Damn, i wish you could trade draft picks!!
