7/8/06 game day thread
Jerry Hairston Jr. is in the lineup again, hitting second and playing left field. Apparently, Hairston is going to be in the lineup regularly against lefties, even though he has a career 702 OPS against lefties, and a 448 OPS against them this season.
Gerald Laird is starting, though.
John Rheinecker vs. Francisco Liriano...
Go Rangers...

Leftfield Defense
Wilkerson should be in LF and Kinsler should be hitting 2nd.

Rheinecker
Let's get him some freaking runs... or at least take a whole bunch of pitches so we can get Liriano out of the game, and THEN score some runs.
splain please
Fly ball to left field
Hairston basically floated back, got turned around, and let it hit the ground...catchable ball he didn't catch...

-Me, muttering to myself just a minute ago.
Does this team not believe in the freaking bunt???
oh cmon!
First thing he needs to do...
Then, he must round the bases, touching home plate to properly score the run.
Time for Feldman to go
Littleton

Feldman seems
I do like Littleton as a guy you have trouble getting used to though. Maybe better long term than Feldman.
