One reason to have Buck....

http://texas.rangers.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/news/article.jsp?ymd=20060809&content_id=1601067&vke y=news_tex&fext=.jsp&c_id=tex

He was manager of the Yankees in 1995, and their season looked bleak as late as Aug. 26. At that point, they had lost 10 of 12, leaving them with a record of 53-58 with 33 games left in the strike-shortened season.

They were 15 1/2 games behind the Red Sox in the American League East and had five teams in front of them in the Wild Card race. The Rangers actually led at that point at 59-53, leaving the Yankees 5 1/2 back in that race.

Yet, history shows the Yankees won 26 of their last 33 games and won the Wild Card, making their first postseason appearance in 14 years.

Like what?
Buck is fine.

He's better than Jerry Narron.

I dont care if he's fired but it's not gonna solve anything.
