Yeah, that would be really awkward to have a guy be a coach when he interviewed to be manager of that same team. I mean, an organization would have to be pretty stupid....

Spelling It Out
I know how much fun it is to spell out the word "stupid", but the situation with Rangers retaining Wak last year and the Mets not hiring Rudy from the outside are very different. Both do involve the hiring/firing process so I guess there is some similarity.
