Sinec (or since, whatever) the Yankees are struggling...
...it is time for the inevitable "Joe Torre doesn't deserve to be fired" columns...
Ken Rosenthal has one up today, saying that it is the lousy pitching, not Torre, that is to blame for the Yankee struggles.
And that's probably the case.
But still, this is Torre's 12th season, he turns 67 this year, and the Yankees still seem to have the same issues, year in and year out.
Would it really be that inexcusable if the Yanks pulled the trigger on Torre?
By the way...before Torre, the Yanks had Buck Showalter for 4 years.
Can anyone remember who the Yankee manager before Buck was, without going and looking it up?
