nice pitching duel.

this is it...tex will go yard. young will get 2 hits. sosa will get a hit or 2. kinsler will get a couple hits. wilkerson won't strike out (lol, unless he pinch hits)

diaz will get a hit.

rangers win 6-4. tejeda will last 6 1/3 innings giving up 2 runs. benoit pitches 1 2/3 innings of solid relief giving up 1 run. otuska gets the save, striking out 2 guys, walking 1 and gets a ground out.

KRLD just reported that there would be a meeting at 8 to make a final decision, but it seemed likely that they would play the game if they thought they could get it going by 9.

I have company tickets for tonight's game, I hope they play it. Could be a cool atmosphere.

Last I heard ...

... from Jamey or T.R. or somebody ... was that, despite Scott Servais talking about an aggressive assignment for him to the MWL this season, he's still in extended Spring Training, possibly because of a lingering torso injury/strain of some kind. Now you know what I know. Exhilirating, no?

Not that it matters right now, but...

I'm going to try to get an interview with him sometime between tomorrow and this weekend. I'll let you guys know what I hear from him when I do speak to him.
