HD
HD are the only channels i even check
for the longest time i had timewarner cable, which didnt have FSN HD, didnt have ESPN2 HD, didnt have NFLnetwork HD, didnt have various other HD Channels so even when the rare ranger game was in HD i didnt get it.
switched over to fios tv recently and its got all of that, much nicer. never looked at direct hd though.
fios
if timewarner doesnt have fsn hd or espn 1-2 hd then im not wasting my money with them
Kiker tonight
Yep.
Excellent.
Jason auto Botts
i bet hes here the first game after the all star b
i dont care how they do it, but get him up.
lets see...
options...
- RW refuses to play Diaz, may as well send him down, then let botts play left some and DH some. cat loses out and gets less playing time.
- trade/DFA sosa
- trade lofton while his value is up, move byrd to center, use botts in the open roster spot
diaz
Brad
the byrdman
now lets see an encore bad brad.
Brad Wilkerson
Almost 4th hr in a row.
DAMN
big homer against detroit. big homer against the bo-sox. big triple against the bo-sox. now he's rockin' the halos.
prove us wrong, wilky! prove us wrong!
No crap man

JHJ
Hairston
why does hairston have a bad rep defensively anywa
im not proposing hes a gold glover or anything of course, but he seems competant.
several nice plays today getting the lead runner and a diving play there.
awful hitter though. i wish he would stop trying to hit for power.
hairston
the rangers playing like this
i was surprised that we are still 13 under.
i thought the record might have been up to 8 or 9 under.
i think i blocked out some of the miserable 2 months, it was too much pain to take.
i wonder if sammy knows
i wonder if the rangers are even comparing sammy to wilkerson to figure out who to get rid of
damn
STRIKEOUT...
jamey pitched his way out of some jams in Boston. let's see if he can do it here.
First and third for Vlad,
Frisco
Mayberry 2-4 now batting .286
Edinson
Resumption
Volquez only pitched to two batters then because of the rain delay.

That was the suspended game
Galarraga's one-hitter was the regularly scheduled game.
GOOD EYE BYRDMAN
wonder if he chooses that song, or the booth.

cat with a multi hit game?/
who would think the worst team in baseball (at that point) could lose several of their best players, and then go on a big run. too bad they were in such a terrible hole that it doesnt matter long run, but its certainly far far more enjoyable to watch.
hmmm....if they get within 10 at the all star...
could make for an exciting finish...
by RangerDisaster on Jul 4, 2007 10:16 PM CDT up reply actions
STOP!
And take off the Rose-Colored Glasses!
Don't forget that post-All-Star Break is historically the WORST TIME for virtually every Ranger team!
Trade...before they lift the skirt!
YEH and the first half.. is historically...
for history ! They could fall apart again at any moment but it sure is going well as of late..
by RangerDisaster on Jul 4, 2007 10:33 PM CDT up reply actions
WE'RE ONLY LEFT TO IMAGINE
nevertheless, i am so proud of this team for turning it around. you're getting contributions from everybody; the defense... the starting pitching... the bullpen... the clutch hitting...
forget about the playoffs. forget about the trade rumors. just enjoy this team one game at a time.

Mets bullpen tonight.
.1IP 0ER
1.0IP 3ER
1.0IP 2ER
Yeah, they will overpay for relief pitching this year. Book it. And, they might be willing to give up something for Jamey Wright as well...
Pull the Trigger
Do it in a New York minu...can't do it...
Lofton
Gagne is VERY good!
LEMME GET THIS STRAIGHT.
two of four against Boston. (should have been three; stupid third-out rule)...
... and two of three against Los Angeles...
... without Teixiera? without Blalock? without Kinsler?
... ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
SWEEP!
SWEEP!
SWEEP!
If you think
Yes, they're kidding you!
SIR...
what i do care about is my hometown team playing good baseball. and we're doing that.
great defense, good quality starts, good clutch hitting.
by oc on Jul 4, 2007 10:54 PM CDT up reply actions
It shows
This is a concept, for some reason, has been difficult to put into practice with this franchise.
Totally agree!
Hitters are a dime-a-dozen! Byrd, Wilk, Sammy...all of them are doing great. But they aren't winning these games...the pitching is!
Please clue-in JD...cuz he don't got one!
Was that a lucky win again?
anyone know any site that can show you
wondering how the rangers stack up for june/july.
i think i heard on SC, i believe
well on the rangers broadcast
wasnt watching SC though, so thanks. very cool if true.
Not exactly what you are looking for
but it does show how they stack up in their last 10, 20, and 30 games

ROBBY GOT BEHIND...
...all he has to do is keep us in the game... give us 5 innings... give up no more than 3 runs... and i think we have a chance.
by oc on Jul 4, 2007 11:05 PM CDT up reply actions
Last 18 games
In the NL, the Cubs and the Brewers are both 13-5 in their last 18.
LITTLE KEY MOMENTS
Jerry Hair's double play ball... AND... his diving stop in the... 3rd? 4th?
Wright's snag on that line drive back to the mound, and doubling off the runner.
sorry to bring him up, but...
chris young tonight: 7.0 innings, 5 hits, 0 runs, 9ks.
now is the NL ERA leader
hes leading the final man vote so he should make it, but if he doesnt it would be a travesty.
