OT: Everton vs Blackburn This Saturday

Hey, not sure what we have for Blackburn or Everton supporters here, but I know Hypoluxa is also a Blackburn supporter like I am. I also saw hinduplaya say he was an Everton fan.

Anyways, I think hypoluxa and I decided we were going to meet up this weekend at Fox and Hound in Arlington (Just a little northwest of the I30/360 interchange, just off Collins St) and wanted to invite any other Blackburn or Everton supporters, or anyone else who would want to come watch a match.

Game is 11am.
Fox and Hound address is 1001 N.E. Green Oaks Blvd.

It should be fun, I'll be there in my Blackburn jersey

i love my footy talk. id consider attending just to find guys who love rangers and footy. thats kinda sweet.

im a scouser more or less, so i gotta cheer for the most irish of the clubs. but the footy thing is spreading. go blackburn!

Sevilla coach Juande Ramos says he rejected a "dizzying" offer to take over from Martin Jol at Tottenham.

Jol's future as manager was in doubt after Spurs lost their first two games of the season before beating Derby.

"They made an excellent, dizzying offer, but I'm under contract and my decision is to fulfil it," said Ramos.

But Spurs have denied making any offer and said: "No individual was or has been offered the position while that position has been held by Martin Jol."

Spurs were reported to have met the Ramos camp over the weekend before telling Jol his job was safe providing he delivered Champions League football.

I think he's safe until the top 4 no longer remains a possibility. It's pretty obvious that he and the board have had a major falling out, but it would be stupid to fire the coach in the middle of what should be a promising season.

that comes true. I also wanted Eddie Johnson to get the hell into Europe, but I'm beginning to wonder if that's ever going to happen.

Did anyone else notice that Denilson one of THE most expensive players in the history of the game (counting up all of the transfer fees paid for him) is now a FC Dallas player??
