roof for rangers ballpark?

* Rumors have the Texas Rangers exploring financing and architectural plans to add a retractable roof to Rangers Ballpark at Arlington.
That can only mean one thing: Air conditioning

http://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/blog/mlb_experts  - at the very end of the newest post about the Astros

First post....I just now saw this mentioned very briefly on Tim Brown's yahoo blog (very bottom of the page on the newest one about the Astros) and I was really curious so I was wondering if anyone has seen anything else about this since people on this site generally are pretty up on Rangers news/rumours. Right now it sounds pretty farfetched to me but man if they did that would be cool (in both senses).  Is this even possible?  Does anyone know anything else about it?

p.s. sorry if this isn't diary-worthy but I wasn't sure where to put it!
