Hello everyone,

So as a break from med school and an early birthday gift, my dad and I are going to fly up to Boston/New York this weekend to see a Red Sox game (Saturday night) and Yankees game (Sunday afternoon).  I have never been to Boston and have only been to New York once when I was a kid and have never been to either of the stadiums.  Needless to say, I'm pretty pumped up about it.  

My question is, if you had an afternoon in Boston and a night in NYC, what do you recommend doing?  It's not enough time for anything extensive, but I would like to do something in the cities besides the baseball games (although, it would be cool if it were sports related).  I was thinking about going to Ground Zero before the Yankees game, but other than that, I'm a little overwhelmed.  Help PLEASE!
