the byrdman of centerfield (with a poll)

I've been on vacation in the mountains, busy at work, etc and have for a few weeks only been able to follow the Rangers through LSB, Jamey, and boxscores/game stories. I haven't been able to see much of Marlon since he took over regular center field duties. I was curious to hear impressions of people regarding his play in center in recent weeks. Has he inspired confidence? Made any outstanding plays? Screwed up royally? I haven't ready much about him one way or the other, suggesting that he might at least be holding his own. Anyone willing to offer their thoughts? And a poll...

Holding his own
I dont think hes gotten the traffic cop down as CFer but hes made some decent throws.  I would say he looks better there than Botts looks in left.  It doesn't by any means look like his natural position though.  I'd give him a "B"

Not terrible
Not good, but not bad ennough to harp on in this defense.  He may get better but just doesn't get the great jumps or have the unbeleivable speed of most CFs

Thanks
That was kind of my impression. I guess he'd be a passable option out there next season.
But that river of tears has dried for all of us.

ive barely noticed him out there
i guess that would just go with everything else.  good enough to not stick out as bad, but not good enough to ever stick out as making great plays or really running down something that most CF wouldnt get to.

Lofton
I wouldn't mind it at all if they'd bring him back, but something tells me CLE will re-sign him and he'll finish his career there.
