Pitcher who threw ball at fan indicted
This is the guy who threw at a fan during a minor league ball this past summer. He faces up to 16 years in prison if convicted. Stupid bastard.

Great riddance.

To be fair he was throwing it at an opposing player in the heat of a massive brawl and missed.
Doesn’t make it a lot better of course. I mean he was still endangering a life when he did something that stupid. But it’s a little better than throwing it a fan. Fights are fights and they get nasty quick. Things done in the heat of a fight aren’t to be excused… but perhaps viewed in a slightly different light, imo.

It's unconscionably weak
to even think of doing that.

Indeed.
I hope he’s banned from baseball forever for that vaginariffic maneuver.
But it’s better than rearing back and firing one off at a fan, no?
