Fanpost... A dilemma

PrintWhy is it when some Fanpost are posted and they are popular with say a bunch of post responding to that fanpost that the fanpost gets buried in the blog and nobody sees it anymore unless you do the more fanpost. I think sbnation should change this. It seems that the only way a fanpost gets bumped up is with recs. Well, there have been so many fanpost that are good that never get bumped up so people who are not on here everday miss.
for example the Texas/OU fanpost has already gone. It's rather frustrating that some fanpost are popular and good never get more than maybe 2 days until they disappear to the click all fanpost.

Click "fanposts" up on the top fo the page, and it brings up a list that lets you sort them
Your choices:
* Recently Posted
* Recently Active
* Popular in the Last Day
* Popular in the Last Week
* Most Popular of All Time

however, thanks for that. I wasn’t aware you could do that.
My point is when a fanpost is posted and that if the fanpost is popular with no recs it still gets buried and most people members who sign on miss that fanpost because that don’t think to do this or check the all fanpost thing. Why can’t sbnation try and tweak the blog so that the fanpost that has more post gets bumped up without going down.
You know what I wish SB Nation would do?
Give us a “ignore fanposts by” feature.

If people didn’t reply, these types of posts wouldn’t be created. Now I’m guilty of it, too, though.
I can’t believe that this person isn’t banned yet and these posts deleted. Then again, I can. Adam’s pretty liberal when it comes to this stuff.
