Some guy is releasing a baseball documentary via Youtube that he made 10 years ago. It's called Looking for Oscar ...
"A silly quest to find an Oscar Gamble card that turned into much more than anyone involved with the project ever imagined, taking us across the country and even into Canada."
Lotsa grumpy old man talk ...
Here is the first chapter divided into two parts,
I assume he'll put the rest up later on...

nothing wrong with grumpy old man talk
Never seen Gamble in a Rangers picture or Baseball card. He did have one helluva a short season so to speak. he played 64 games, 161 AB, 54 hits, 8 HR, 32 RBI
.335 .458 .522
Oscar Gamble’s 1976 Topps Traded #74T is one wild looking card. His afro is famous. Probably one of the most recognizable cards of the 70’s. To bad… cause it seems when he cut his hair, so did go his strength at the plate.

Looking through that photo gallery
I’m reminded of one of the biggest (literally) baseball players I think I have ever heard of: Frank Howard.

BR has him listed at 6’7" 255, while wikipedia says he was listed at 6’8" 275 when he originally signed with the Dodgers in 1958. Jesus.
What’s more, a look through google images reveals that this is what he looked like at age 68 (which was 4 years ago, he’s 72 now, but still):
Now that’s livin’ right.
Kicker: Big ‘ol Frank had a 142 career OPS+ over 16 seasons. Willie Stargell’s name pops up 6 times on his “most similar by age” list. You’d think Frank should get a shot at the HOF sooner or later, if he hasn’t already (I’m not really one to remember such things).
