ACLU gets overjoyed

when minorities get jobs like this, right?

Just a shout-out to the great American civil liberties union…something wrong with that?

the aclu NFL should be happy, i think…

the same NFL who wouldnt let a team sign their INTERM coach in season to be their coach next year without interviewing a minority.

great call. my question is, will they make SF do the same thing – and interview a non-minority?

Scout: He was a first-round pick right? Got a huge bonus?
KG: Oh yeah.
Scout: Well, he spent a lot of it on milkshakes.

should they, yes. if you have a rule it should apply to everyone – why shouldnt martz get a chance to interview?

will they make them – remains to be seen…it is the NFL

I predict in Wakamatsu's press conference

The first time manager and former third base coach will proclaim:

“I feel like I have an idea about what we can do to keep the Rangers from beating us so much.”

Too bad Wak doesn’t go by his first name. Wilbur Wakamatsu has a nice ring to it.

Will be interesting to see...

how he does. He was another guy, like Hillman, that many here wanted to see rather than Wash. I guess now we will see first hand how he manages a bad team. I was always kind of indifferent to him. I didn’t think he was horrible, but I’m not really sure if he brought much to the table either.

Good for Wak

Now who wants to bet he turns out to be the better of the two ALW third-base-coaches-turned-managers? It’s not like that bar is very high…

in 06 i hoped WAK would take over as Manager of the Rangers

but as usual the rangers picked the wrong guy, now WAK is now a manager, bad thing is it’s in the AL west where his Seattle team will destroy the Rangers., could have had him at the helm, and they blew it, he will be an outstanding manager and i for one wish him the best.

where his Seattle team will destroy the Rangers

…not for the next few years at least

but when chris tillman and adam jones get to the majors watch out.

o wait, they play for baltimore now.
