I'm going to use this to support my case against Adam

that Lemon wouldn’t be butchering the SS position if we trade Andrus, move Young, and Vallejo never works out at SS. In your face!

Which is exactly what I had been hearing.
Nothing here says he would or wouldn’t be a butcher at SS. I personally don’t see him being any better than Young at the position.

But right now

the grades are for a slightly below starter level player while in the future, he projects to be a Major League regular. No plus tools doesn’t mean he isn’t capable of being a good player.

He is going to be a good player. The problem is that his tools suggest a ceiling of a major league regular. He would have to actually reach his offensive ceiling in order to be a starter at the MLB level, IMO. His realistic projection is as a utility player.

Utility Player

That’s pretty much what I expect out of him is a nice utility infielder.
I’m anxious though to see how he does in frisco this season.

Limon is a pansy

but Lemon’s got the eye of the tiger. He’ll reach his ceiling.

Good analysis. It somewhat supports what I had been thinking about him, but the speed and defense ratings surprised me some based on everything else I had seen.
