The scout's name in The Rookie (I think it is, with Brendan Frazer)... was it J. J. Picollo?

I was reading up on the Royals (future wife is from KC, my way of making small talk with the future father-in-law) and their scouting director is J. J. Picollo. I read that and thought to myself "Is that maybe who the movie was based on, loosely?"

I haven't felt like IMDB'ing it lately or I would have looked there. What can I say, I like y'all's company.

I love the Ticket

for pure entertainment value (I understand none of them are sports experts and that they don't talk about sports much to begin with) but I surprised they don't get in trouble more often. How often do you hear that "stupid b*tch" or "whore" drop when they're talking to some woman? If you're not used to thier bits I can see how someone would take it the wrong way.

I completely see why Gordon was pissed and would want an apology from the station - yet he took it to another level when he physically threatened them and now comes off as a complete douche. As Rheiner put it "A Mark Teixeira starter kit."
