Ranger Podcast is up
The debut of the Rangers podcast is now up. Or you can go here to download it from iTunes.
Jamey Newberg and I do some Ranger pontificating, and I think it is pretty good. Check it out, and feel free to give us your feedback.
UPDATE -- The first link was bad. For the non-iTunes version, you can click that first link. Sorry.

I have I-Tunes but it says I don't. In any event, I don't like I-Tunes. Can someone convert it?

But that river of tears has dried for all of us.

Thanks.
But that river of tears has dried for all of us.
Have the MP3 copy that I can post
for those who can't get either link working, though I'd feel more comfortable if Adam or Jamey would give the OK first...
Ted Price
Who is that? I'm only 11 minutes into it, but he seems to be doing a good job hosting it.
For Adam and Jamey, it's good to hear two people talking baseball and actually knowing what they're talking about vice what you get from the D/FW local sports radio trying to talk Ranger baseball.
I think its Z

He does podcasting for a living. He also hosts a podcast on Liverpool soccer, and does a great job, I think.
z couldn't join us for this broadcast, but we'll see about getting him on the next one.

Ted
He was the only one I had trouble hearing - your and Jamey's audio were great.
Definitely room for another voice - or two if Z becomes a reg and you have occasional guests.
When I got done I scrolled back to about the 47:00 mark just to hear Jamey say "Yankee and Red Sox monotony" again - an exquisite mix of exasperation and derision in his voice. heh
And - maybe Josh Hamilton will = Grady Sizemore and Johnny Whittleman will = David Wright!
Thank You
One of the advantages of being the host/producer/recording engineer/editor/compressionist is that you can get rid of all the stuff that makes you sound like an idiot!
Thanks for the kind words - keep listening and tell your friends.
Every download counts.
Good stuff
The Liverpool podcasts are also excellent- I'd listened to a couple of those previously, but I've officially subscribed to those as well.
Incidentally- nice intro music for the Liverpool podcast- Catherine Wheel was one of my favorite bands in college during the early 90s...

Excellent
I'd prefer Jamey and Adam for any sort of broadcast/podcast of this sort. Well done~ !

You know what?
Adam stole lonestarJon's bit about Laird being best against LHP. lonestarJon is the only person I've heard say that.

Hey Ben, it's Adam's blog. Anything that appears here without attribution is his to use (or re-propagate).
Hehehehehehe.

Well now
You've said something I actually laughed at. Look at you.

perspective
All I heard on the cast was good, but sometime during the "event" I was reminded of the apparent "players don't want to play for a loser" idea.(a slight simplification) That idea is most likely appropriate for life in the US today, but there IS another approach: "I want to make the team better to the best of my ability no matter how 'low" they are"--has this idea disappeared?
very nice
am looking forward to more of these
