Odds that 2 Rangers slip through waivers
This has been covered in the past so I figure it was worthy of a new fanpost. What are the odds that one or both of the Rangers sitting on the waiver wire get claimed? I believe that Tejeda will get claimed because he's a live arm, and a pitching coach will take on the challenge of getting his control problems ironed out. However, I have a hunch that Cruz will sneak through. Tampa Bay seemed like they would be a match before trading for Nathan Haynes last week. So what do you think? Will Cruz and Tejeda start the season in AAA-OKC or in another Major League uniform?

Ha nice profile pic...
I don't see Cruz getting claimed. Tejeda will be traded but would be claimed.
Mets
Have the Mets added another OF? Last I heard, Alou and Delgado were battling injuries. Cruz could give Alou the occasional day off.

Could be right...
Although Cruz has been such an utter failure with the bat I don't see a team like the Mets claiming him.

What are you talking about?
Minaya would be a genius for buying so low on Cruz, right EHC?

If they get dealt at all,
I'm sure it will be for non-prospects that can help round out our minor league depth.

Why would anyone
want someone who could not make the Rangers?
