Blalock family in car accident

Reported by AP:

http://www.nytimes.com/aponline/sports/AP-BBA-Rangers-Blalock.html

They got rear ended. Sounds like he and family are okay... but Hank says he's "stiff and sore."

too early to tell
spine injuries are sort of funny that way;  they don't always manifest themselves in the first 24-48 hours

right
but the important thing (right now) is that nobody was hurt at that moment in time. nobody has a broken arm or leg, no one suffered a concussion, etc

Oh yeah
It's okay for Kevin Millwood to suck and miss all the games he wants though. You wont criticize him on LSB. He's not good.

Blalock is the most hated Ranger along with Young on LSB. That is always what LSB does, any above average position players are targets.

Nexr up to be hated
Whoever might be good.

So Kinsler and Saltalamacchia are likeley candidates.

Someone like Marlon Bryd though, never criticized on LSB.

Yep, you're always right. Let's hear some more of those great political predictions!

umm actually
millwood got hurt doing baseball

millwood has some sort of track record

id rather him miss a few days in ST than miss the first month of the season...

blalock is not the most hated ranger on LSB? hes at LEAST behind (in no order) padilla, mike young, kevin mench, gerald laird, marlon byrd, jack benoit (over the course of his career), brandon mccarthy (for his part in the danks trade), etc

blalock is one of my fav players.

mike young is overpaid. plain and simple.
mike young is a good player, above average.
michael young has a career 103 ops+
michael young once has an ops+ over 110.
michael young is a singles hitter (not that thats bad)
michael young is average to below average defensively
michael young is the FoTF.

I can buy the soreness...
I had a wreck yesterday morning and still waiting to hear if it totaled my car and I'm definitely still a bit stiff in the neck and back.

words of advice
do NOT allow the other person's insurance company rep to take a "recorded statement"

do NOT entertain any settlement offer for your bodily injury for at least one month

do NOT make the mistake of thinking that the adjuster working this case is interested in helping you no matter how much he or she assures you that is what he / she is trying to do

this sounds like
about a 99.99999999% non issue.
