Same regime

Sean was responsible for the personnel as he recruited all those players. Sure it was quick, but he had already been a major part of the program and a major part of where they are at now. As an OU fan, I'll miss him as I feel Capel is clearly the better coach.

if he were brought in from the outside, then they SHOULD give him 5 years. but he was there for a while, knew the players etc...

it's hard enough living in your dad's shadow, but his brother Scott is actually a really good coach too.
