Sidney Pintson starting for the Redhawks, with Boggs still batting 8th ... wtf? Does anyone think that is a good idea?
Ballard starts for Frisco and is dealing again with 0 ER through 3 IP with 2K's and 7 GB outs -- also striking out Cards' prospect Bryan Anderson. Teagarden and JMJ have K'd while MaxRam has singled.
Beau Jones vs. Tim Alderson as Bakersfield travels to San Jose.
Clinton, as mentioned elsewhere, is postponed.

Im thinking Boggs needs to be put in the leadoff spot,
give him a fair look their. If they dont like what they see then stick him in the 9th spot. At least then he could possibly be more of a threat. He could probably score some runs their.

needs to be a part of a platoon in Arlington with murphy.

Boggs
needs to play every day in the minors and not in a platoon situation with Murphy at the major league level. What good comes of having Boggs and Murphy platoon at this point in the season?

bad hitters, we might as well play the one with good defense and a history of hitting lefties well. I'd much rather see Boggs than see Cat hack his way to oblivion right now
