I have a novel idea.
Why don't we set up some permanent fanposts so we can avoid trashing every other thread with the same old stuff? There's got to be a way to "sticky" a couple of diaries up at the top of the list. I'd suggest the following:
1) Laird Bitchfest Diary;
2) Botts Bitchfest Diary;
3) Wash Bitchfest Diary;
4) JD Bitchfest Diary;
5) Our Defense Sucks Bitchfest Diary;
6) "X" Should Be Up and "Y" Should Be DFA'd Bitchfest Diary.
I'm sure there are others we can create. This sure would make the regular threads much more tolerable.

You forgot the
“Michael Young is grossly overpaid and can’t play SS” diary.
"Before I leave, I once again condemn the despicable buffoonery of D.J. Cahill." - Huck
D'oh! You're right.
We should add that one as well.
You forgot...
The “we-should-have-kept-Danks/Volquez-and-Armando Gallarraga-now-lets-crucify-JD-for-it” bitchfest diaries.
Also
Bitchfest about the bitchfest’s diary.
This team sucks and has sucked for going on a decade so obviously people are going to bitch about it. Why some of you expect sunshine to be pumped up your ass on a daily basis is beyond me.

You can't DFA Y and bring up X!!!
X isn’t the long term answer!!!
Give Y a chance to prove himself!!!
"Sabean did a good job on selling high on Liriano." -Excel Hearts Choi
Yep
And we can’t make a decision about Y until he gets at least 1000 PA’s, regardless of performance.

Every loss is one closer to the top of the draft in 2009!
Nope.
We didn’t have any real problems at all, except that my HD channels wouldn’t come in.
Things are going well. Did you make it to the law symposium a couple of weeks ago and hear Toobin speak?
sucks
yes sir i did…were you there?
the last storm owned our house—entire thing flooded (greywater) AND a tree fell on top of our house…go figure. were just now getting new flooring in
then 2 nights ago we lost power lol

Yeah, I was there.
I thought Toobin was very well spoken. I’m reading his book right now and enjoying it. The St. Mary’s prof was a little confusing, which isn’t atypical for a law school prof.
Bad luck with your house. But if it’s close to the school, the trees over there have some age on them and are prone to being blown down when a big storm comes through.
very true
too bad, i meant to message you and see if you were going but TOTALLY forgot

Hey Athos
Is the Black Sylvester Stallone’s sentence typical? It seems pretty excessive, seeing as how he wasn’t convicted of a felony:
"For the record, I did not and do not like the Volquez trade, even though Hamilton is awesome and our best player and I think he’s going to be one of the best players in baseball." philikid3

I'm a bit surprised that the judge stacked Snipes' sentences.
Usually, when a defendant is convicted of multiple counts in the same trial, his sentences for each count will run concurrently. I don’t think a year per conviction is out of whack. A lot of times the sentencing is dictated by the amount of money involved. I’m guessing the amount was substantial given what they said he owed in back taxes. That being the case, they probably got it right.
+1
I feel the same way Athos…
