Need a break from Jennings
I don't want to wish bad luck on anyone, but if I have to watch Jason Jennings pitch one more game I'm going to hurl! Maybe a sore ulnar nerve will translate to a stay on the DL and someone will step up and take his spot away from him. Surely we have someone better than 0-5 with a 8.56 ERA waiting in the wings. Bring up the youngsters and spare me the pain of watching JJ throw gofer ball after gofer ball.

If nothing else...
get some Dr. to confirm some injury, put him on the DL and get him some minor league starts.

Jennings could not be more terrible. If we could send him to high school or college ball, he might work out at those levels. can’t hit 90 on the gun, he’s just throwing meat up there. He’s just another example of a sexy little move made by the current administration that flopped. How many flops will Daniels get where he’ll get to use the excuse ‘gee, it looked good at the time?’

Well
considering his “flops” last year resulted in Max Ramirez, David Murphy, Kason Gabbard, and Engel Beltre I think he has earned a dud this year

come on dude....
marginal prospects compared to the loss of agon and chris young…..signing ben broussard…..cat? I could go on and on, but the blunders speak for themselves. Like I said, the deals looked good at the time, but JD is starting to look cursed.

He's a poor man's Barry Zito
At least he doesn’t have $100 million-plus left on his contract for this season and five more.

He should have
started the season on the DL.

In his defense
the defense last night was, as usual, offensive. The groundball up the middle in the 1st would have been turmed into an out by 90% of MLB shortstops. The flyball down the leftfield line would have been an out on everyteam that does not employ CLee or Cat as thier LF. The play at the plate would have been called out 99.9% of the time.
