Tigers looking for relief help?

Their bullpen looks pretty terrible, do they have anything of value in the minors besides Porcello? Does Porcello look to be ready while their window is still open (before Guillen, Renteria, Orndonez, Pudge, Sheffield) break down? What could a bullpen arm like Benoit or Guardado (assuming he pitches well) get us from their system?

This is a link to a story but its insider so I can only read the first few lines so if Buster addresses any of this I have not read it in full.

From what I understand Detroit is looking for a high SO reliever. Not someone that pitches to contact. I don't see why we would want to trade Benoit and Guardado doesn't seem to fit the profile of what they are looking for.

The only guy we have that Detroit might want

Is Frankie Francisco. And based on that top 10 you've put up, the Tigers don't have anything we want. Better to hold on to Frankie and our other releivers till the trade deadline anyway, when we'll be able to get more value for them.

Benoit

is not a high SO reliever?

He has had more Ks than innings pitched the last two years.
