Congrats, Adam and Bethany...
Adam's daughter arrived this morning, Rowan Meredith Morris. Congratulations, Adam and Bethany....
This is Adam's second child and first girl, and he declined my invitation to the home opener so that he could be in Houston (what a crappy Ranger fan). Of course, after watching yesterday's game, I kind of wish I had had something as visually pleasing as labor pains and after birth to watch.
In other news, DSheppard and LonestarJon had a lovechild and named it Salty.

Side note
I looked back at the book recommendations (I've got a long layover coming up this weekend) and I just borrowed The Moviegoer from the local library, per your request. I'm just a few pages deep, but I already like the style. Thanks for the rec.

Ah, so that explains it.
Congrats to AJM. Was wondering where he was, obviously this is an acceptable reason. Maybe =p

Also, why so bitter? Its not my fault you cant follow a conversation for more than 2 consecutive posts. Maybe AJM can find the time to give you some pointers.

Adam...
told me many moons ago, after reading "The Witching Hour" by Anne Rice, that he wanted to name a child "Rowan." So don't let him fool you about his hoity-toity nerd-porn literary tastes, he named his kids after a Biblical in-joke and an Anne Rice character.
