Stros defence
can be incredibly shoddy.
Kaz Matsui,.Tejada, Lee is sometimes a liability while carrying weight, Wiggy’s all right but had a bad defence-wise spring.
But overall they’re not bad.

Sounds like our defense
Kinsler has tremendous ability at 2B, but is error-prone… Mike Young has ZERO range at SS… our OF defense has been pretty good, though.

Range, speed, throwing arm?
I think it’s a tougher defensive position than SS, as far as how many tools you routinely have to use. Just my opinion, but I know A-Rod’s bat as SS was technically more valuable than Ham’s in CF.

It wasn't even the attempted catch that was so bad
It was the stand there looking confused for a while, before remembering he needed to go after the ball, after he missed it…

Who won that collision???
Lee or the wall
He is HORRIBLE defensively
by SaltyDawg on May 16, 2008 10:09 PM CDT reply actions 0 recs
Whoa
I forgot how bad Carlos Lee is at defense.
