6-3 Rangers
Murray 6.1 IP, 6 Hits, 2 R, 1 ER, 2 BB’s 3 K’s
I don’t think Wilson will be available, so I’ll just throw Frankie out there for the save. Young + Shelton go deep.
I'm just going off of
Guardado + Benoit both pitching last night.
The night previous to Frank’s last appearence:
1 IP
1 H
0 BB’s
2 K’s
Could be Frankie.
I'm interested to see how Murray does
It would really be nice to see him stick in the rotation for awhile.
Not that Pontoon or Feldman 2.0 are bad, but I’d rather see Murray in the rotation than either of them.
Say, anybody got a lineup yet? I was just about to check Yahoo.
With 4 starters on the DL...
and the last two starts by Ponson he isn’t going anywhere for awile.
Plus Gabbard and Mendoza should be back soon so there probably won’t be much room for the Pirate in the rotation.
"The only good is knowledge and the only evil is ignorance."-Socrates
Well, if Mendoza comes back, and pitches like he was before he got hurt
There very well might be room in the rotation for Murray. We’ll see – a lot depends on how he does tonight.

There are a TON of results for that on Yahoo music...
Some of the top ones that are possibles:
“Send it up” – Vertical Horizon
“Guy who got a headache and accidentally saves the world” – The Flaming Lips
“God’s Romance” – Delerious
“For You” – The calling
“Necktie Remedy” – Project 86

I’m very glad he’s proving me wrong. What a hell of a pickup by JD.
"I dont care to debate with a troll." - Sharky
I don't mind
a rangy LF putting up an 800 OPS. I think that is quite alright (and that assumes that his early season numbers are a bit high)
Rare Gnats Sex
Me neither
If Murphy can keep this up, Hamilton continues the way he’s been going, and Bradley and Boggs continue to produce, the Rangers have an actual outfield again, instead of the collection of fourth and fifth outfielders they’ve been running out there for the last few seasons.

Anyone know where to find..
stats of the cumulative minor league records for each MLB team?
We would have to be at the very top.
Hey, it could be worse...

balks are the biggest brain-fart plays in baseball
it’s not hard, kids… if you’re not throwing to the plate, step off the rubber..!!
Grieve: The Yanks have struggled so far. - Lewin: Yeah, cry me a bag of money.
Vasquez
is pretty solid!

well Vazquez isn't too likely to get a hit
or move the runner with a deep fly ball at least. With Young and Hammy coming up, you are guaranteeing yourself almost that at least one run scores by putting a guy on 3rd for them
thats
exactly why you Do do it

No, you don't...
If you do it, you’re trying to avoid the DP to ensure Hamilton and his league-leading XBH total gets up.
i think it's a good call...
...with Mikey on deck.

Hammy
not the player of the month for may so far. lets go, how about an ice rbi single to get things started.
nice one MY.
Gerald Laird is my hero.
yeah
in hindsight, the move didn’t help out any, but its still not likely Vazquez does anything productive with that AB
careful...
...the guy has a knack for hitting game-winning home runs.

200 + hits AGAIN this year. He’ll get it easy.
That's just what he does.

doubt it,
he’s taking more walks this year than he has in the past.
by Randy Richardson on May 3, 2008 9:24 PM CDT up reply actions
yes -
but he’s also on a pace to walk about 30+ times more than his career high, which means he’ll have to hit for a higher avg to compensate for fewer ABs.

if we can get our bullpen
straightened out and maybe one more bat, this has potential to be a pretty good team…

what?
wernt we trying to pick him up at some point?
Gerald Laird is my hero.
He always smiles right before a pitch.
And then kind of grimaces like he’s trying to look tough after realizing he’s smiling.
