I have been having the hardest freakin' time

finding SI on any stand. I live in Tallahassee, which isn’t exactly a chump town. I went to Borders, and all they had was the Danica Patrick issue from a couple of weeks ago, and only 1 copy of it.
No pharmacy type or grocery store even had SI on their shelves.
I went to Wal-Mart and they were the only ones that had this recent Rays issue of SI. So they’re my best hope.
I honestly went to a ton of different places, and I was really shocked that so many people don’t even stock SI.
I might go to Sports Authority, I seem to recall them stocking magazines.

Quick question...

I just got home from the FSU disgrace around the top of the 8th, was it the pitch count for Millwood, or was he starting to struggle, limited outing…
The boxscore would indicate that he was doing pretty good.

I'm actually feeling confident

that this team can finally break through .500. They’ve hit Blanton well in the past and Feldman has done well against Oakland this year. Then we have Smith in Sunday’s game and the Rangers didn’t fall for his stuff the second time around. I think that game is all on Ponson to just pitch a decent game and we’ll get the sweep.

Carlos Silva

i remember when people where saying how good he was going to be this year after a few good starts to begin the season and that the contract was justified.

Angels announcers

They said they thought Washington would be the first manager fired this season. But now they’re wondering about McLaren.

Millwood looked very good...

the pen looked good.

Boggs was a good choice to fill in for Board Game.

But most importantly, Rangers pitchers walked 0 and had 5 K’s (well 9 if you count Cust). I almost forgot what that type of pitching looked like.
