Around SBN: Steve McNair Found Shot to Death

In honor of playing in Seattle...

And given the background noise we inevitably hear at Safeco...

Ditto

Being hip is not all it’s cracked up to be.

...and curse Sir Walter Raleigh, he was such a stupid git.

Sometimes

it’s hipper to be square.

That brings back a lot of memories

I used to listen to the KLF all the time in 5th grade or so… my tape was a bad copy of a mediocre copy. then, when I was in college, I just happened to be looking through the CDs at Best Buy and found the White Room album (that song is on it) in a special package with the CD maxi-single of Justified and Ancient (the single version features Tammy Wynette).

not true

I loved C’mon N Ride It when it came out back in 9th grade.

And anyways, this is the worst song ever.

Worst song of all time

Unfortunately, there are about 10,000 in a tie for first place, and my generation is responsible for far too many. We Built This City is a good example.

Gotta love the symbolism of the spaceship-type thing they're on

When I was a sophomore in high school, one of the neighbor kids my age built a subwoofer box and put in a pair of Rockford Fosgate 12s. I brought my Concept 3.5 receiver over and hooked the subs into that to test it out. The receiver is rated at 35 watts a channel into 8 ohms (car subs are almost always 4 ohms) and yet those subs were pumping out some good bass to this very song.

He killed himself during our junior year. Actually, now that I think about it, it’s been 10 years and 3 months or so since then.

Wow

That’sssssss the worst thing I’ve ever seen or heard.

There is no such thing as global warming. David Murphy was cold, so he turned the sun up.

OT: RSS

Didn’t want to create a diary for this, but I was curious if anybody else has tried to connect to the LSB RSS feed? I can’t seem to find the true link anywhere.
