you are well traveled. If I have my choice to live anywhere in the U.S., with the only caveat being I don’t like extreme cold (Chicago winter, you have bested me), where would you pick? Prefer a city with public transportation.

Hurley's debut
concerned or excited? I’m leaning toward concern. Something about his 5.30 ERA in AAA this year that makes me a little nervous…

bah!
its the royals, gotta be excited, if it was the angels….

nervously excited
I think the Rangers bats can do quite a bit to help him if they can jump out to an early lead. Also, it’s imperative that they have NO ERRORS!! Nothing sinks a young pitcher quicker than extra outs or working from behind.

Enjoy guys
I’m DVRing the game at home and going to watch it spoiler free when I get home.
Signing off!
Joe Morgan: (On Jay Bruce) I think he will. He brings energy to the team, and besides that, he is a pretty good hitter.
Ken Tremendous: I like that the #1 reason he will help his team is: "energy," and the distant #2 reason is: "ability to hit baseballs."

Trick will be not to overreact
If he does well, it’s the royals; If he does badly, it’s his first start.
From the draft to the big league debut, we’ve seen the whole ride. Just enjoy the moment.

Yep.
No matter whether he gets a no hitter or gives up 10 in 3 innings, this is a big day, one Ranger fans should be proud of, and a sign of good things to come if we keep bringing these guys up and keeping them around. I love it. Cheers to you Mr. Hurley.

i'll be proud...
...if he doesn’t get sent back down in two weeks after three starts and a mediocre ERA… he needs to be left up here unless it is painfully obvious he HAS to go back down… leave him up… it takes 30-40 big league starts for a SP to really settle in… lets get his clock started

Simple request
From those at work to those that are watching the game and posting at the same time, please give us some sort of play by play. It is frustrating to see comments such as “Kinsler you F&$%ing douche” or “Way to go Hurley” and not know what is happening.
