I'm not particularly surprised. With Wang, Hughes, Kennedy on the DL and Rasner sucking, I guess they don't have much choice but to give him a try. Ponson typically requires a few weeks/months before imploding, during which time the Yankees can trade for a better starter or hope one of their injured starters makes it back before the implosion. We'll see.....

My curmudgeonliness is optimistic in the sense that if enough people complain, maybe fewer useless diaries take up space on the right. Working for a better LSB, I am.

Well, they used to be called Diaries.

I assume most people still use them as though they are diaries, putting less emphasis on what other people have written… thoughts?

(and I don’t think I’ll ever get used to calling the fanposts) we still had people posting “Penalty Box!” in cases like this. I’m just complaining, not really terribly put out.
