My question
Will you fight Ceej in a caged death match?
I guess it was the beatings made me wise. But I'm not about to give thanks, or apologize.
Mine is
why is the sports section like 4 pages or less now?

Because
we all just read it online anyway. Why waste the printing cost and paper? I haven’t held a newspaper in my hands in years, other than a free USA today while traveling.
...and curse Sir Sidney Ponson, he was such a stupid git.
Some of us
don’t have a web enabled cell phone and, thus, still get need the actual paper to read whilst taking a morning dump.

OMG
You gotta get one, brother.

Why cell phone
I read the paper on a desktop at breakfast. I have never accessed the internet on my cell phone.
...and curse Sir Sidney Ponson, he was such a stupid git.
Does anyone actually get a paper delivered anymore?
I haven’t had a daily paper in years due to the internet.
Sharky said it, I believe it, that settles it
Yes
My super-smart wife signed up on Saturday to have the paper delivered. Not just any paper, mind you. The Oklahoman. Te-rrriffficc! I can’t wait to rea on Page 1 about how the mullet really should be making a comeback any day now.

I still get the Star-Telegram every day
For me there is still something to getting a paper and reading it.

My parents
but they’re old.
How old are you, DJ?
Always pictured you as 55 or so given your bitterness.

Hot dope new tv show alert
Have you seen this one, Huntressa?
http://www.cbs.com/primetime/swingtown/
Check it out. 70’s greatness. HBO blew it passing on this one (they said they had too many sex oriented shows. Yah, makes sense, except Tell Me You Love Me, Big Love, and In Treatment all kinda suck).
And FYI I’m on S3/D3 of Lost: still no love for this season.

You know I actually Tivo'd that one
but never got to watch it as my sister watched it one morning and erased when she was through cause she lacks manners. She said it sucked so I hadn’t made any effort to catch up. I’ll do so on your rec and we’ll all just cross our collective fingers it doesn’t suck.
And don’t worry about season 3. I know it gets super slow and nigh unwatchable in parts, but the finale more than makes up for it, imo. It’s a shame they let themselves get bogged down like that in s3, but it is what it is. Get through it and you’ll be glad you did.
Oh, and HBO’s shows all suck now. Big Love sucks so hard I didn’t even know it was still going on. In Treatment is boring. Tell me you Love Me sucks. Entourage super king kong mega mega sucks. You know my feelings on FotC’s. Do they have anything good right now?

There is this:
http://www.hbo.com/generationkill/
It is only a mini-series, and it hasn’t debuted yet, but anything by the primal force that is Simon/Burns ought to be a mushroom-cloud-laying-muthafucka of a production.
You may have poo-pooed Mad Men on my first recommendation last fall. Not sure. If so, I stand by my original testimony. Give it a/nutha shot: July 20-sumpin (Season 2-AMC).
Back to the original question. I’ve seen 3 episodes. Great cast. 2 teen actors that have serious future star charisma. No weak links. Think The Ice Storm, only with much more likeable characters in a comedy. Ir really plays like an HBO/SHO quality series.

Why?
You’re not satisfied by JParks’ vague innuendo?

Well the lack of meat left me feeling a little unsatisfied
I’m seeing if EG can add something with a little bit of substance.

"Lack of meat left me feeling a little unsatisfied"...
I believe that was NY/LA MF’s critique on the latest club he visited.

If you send me an email
I’ll explain myself but I’m not going to go into detail about unsubstantiated rumors on a message board.
It's all JP's fault.
That guy doesn’t know when to shut up. I bet he was really pulling the strings on the Duchscherer trade, the Davis release, and Buck Showalter’s handling of Laird and Benoit.

Its cool
I’m just giving you a hard time. I’m sure it some point it will either come to light or be dismissed as untrue. You probably have good reasons for not sharing.
