On iTunes I’m getting #6 as the newest one, but it’s from the 10th.

iTunes Refresh
For some reason – it takes a while for iTunes to update the playlist. If you subscribe to the show, it will download. It is there, but it may not be listed in iTunes for at least 24 hours.

The sad thing is that he's going to hold you to that, AJM.

So anyway, to comment about the actual podcast
Grant’s indication that Padilla has at least partially restored his relationship with his teammates/organization is interesting.

So glad that trade with Helton got nixed.
I don’t know what we would be doing without Kins here.

Larry Walker...
I didn’t listen to the podcast yet, but I believe we almost traded Kinsler for Larry Walker, not Todd Helton. Unless there were two different proposed deals, one of which I am not recalling at the moment.
Walker, Helton.....
who the hell cares. As long as it didn’t happen Im happy.

Interesting viewpoint by Grant
on keeping Padilla as opposed to trading him then looking for another temporary frontline starter next year to replace him. Perhaps Padilla will be more motivated next year because it will be a contract year for him, but I find it hard to believe that he can produce numbers much better than this.
If the Rangers don’t think they can legitimately compete for the playoffs next year, they should trade Padilla this year (assuming the deal is right). If JD thinks we could do some damage next year, we should hold on to him unless we are blown away by an offer this year.
Thank you
and to NYTXFAN as well for actually listening to the podcast and commenting on it.

This is the first podcast I listened to,
I figured that it would only be like a 10 min thing. Boy was I wrong.
It was cool. I’ll listen more often as long as you continue making them, and of course if Tball is a special guest down the road.

I don't think it's possible
For any of us to say all we want to say in just 10 minutes!
I end up cutting out 5-10 minutes of the show as it is – and that’s after not getting to everything on the show’s rundown in the first place!
Glad you like it.
