PrintHopefully this isn't already posted in another thread, but I didn't see it anywhere. He was promoted from Clinton to Bakersfield today. Yet another player on the fast track it appears. I have a total man crush on this kid (yes, girls can have man crushes!) so fingers crossed he holds up in the hitter friendly Cal League.
That's at least 6 starters for the Blaze (assuming they keep Romero in their starting rotation) so maybe Kasey or Evan Reed get promoted? Hopefully Kasey!

I don't look at it like that...
John’s my boy and I want him to do well against his former team. I would never root for Chris to fail, but I also don’t think that I would be rooting for him to get the winning hit if John was the pitcher.

in Clinton. 7-0, 2.40, 91K/29BB in 93.2 IP. Just 2 HR’s allowed, too, and a nice 1.30 GB/FO ratio.

Bad timing....
I am going to the Clinton game on Monday. It was supposed to be a Holland start, which I was looking forward to. I now have some Dutch disappointment, but hopefully another young stud will step in.
shroomers site shows Holland starting in Bakersfield Monday. Good luck there Dutch.
