Great theme songs
made me laugh.

do you blow a gasket again?
That was one of my all-time favorite LSB-related moments. Can’t remember what prompted it. Something Marlon Byrd related, I think.

No
But I did get chastised for being a sourpuss about the ASG and the HR derby.

As you should have...
I do understand your point, but I had the same exact feelings as Jamey, in that other players may have looked over to the 4 Ranger All-Stars and thought “those guys sure seem to enjoy each others company; I’d like to be a part of that”.

Hey Jamey
the Red Sox have had ‘bad clubhouses’ and won the WS..
Josh Hamilton is better than you.

Don't worry about that
It’s easier to just throw out the same old tired chemistry crap. And of course, the Rangers supposedly had great chemistry in 2005 finishing 3 games out then brought back basically the same team in 2006 and ended up 16 games out.
Instead of wasting our time finding out who stole the red finger we should concentrate on who stole the chemistry between October 2005 and April 2006.

I hope Jamey records the 90 minute
JD Q and A for those of us that can’t go.

Not gonna happen.
Part of why JD is so candid with us on that day each year is that it isn’t recorded. IIRC, he’s asked in the past, as Q’s got underway, whether there were any reporters in the crowd.
Not that he isn’t forthright with the press, but there have been moments every year of his Q&A with us when I’ve been surprised he revealed as much to us as he did—which is really cool. He understands what it’s like to be a loyal fan who cares not only about balls and strikes but also what happens at the GM’s desk. He was one of us before getting into baseball, and he gets the importance of having a strong core fanbase. Anyone who has been in a room with him for half as long as his NR Night Q&A’s knows that he shoots straight, and doesn’t hide much.
I’m sure there will be a number of recaps posted in this forum and in mine (there always are), but we won’t be recording anything.

That makes sense
I will have to let the fiance know that it trumps whatever she has planned for me next year.

Great Podcast..
Though I have to admit, the opening songs threw me for a loop. When Incubus came on randomly, I thought my iPod was screwing up until I remembered the conversations from previous podcasts.
Many podcasts I’ve tried to listen often veer off-topic and stay off-topic. Others fill huge chunks of time with random banter. Thanks for keeping your podcast focused and well paced.
Still hard to believe that I used to read this site back when it was on Blogspot. LSB has come a long way!
