http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/allstar08/news/story?id=3472772

In advance of the All-Star Game selections on Sunday, ESPN.com surveyed 32 of ESPN's top baseball minds to find out which players should be starting in the 79th Midsummer Classic on July 15 at Yankee Stadium. Following are the voting results and the choices at each position

Its not a surprise that Texas has 4 starters, the bigger surprise the margin with Kinsler 26 more than Perdoria, Young 10 more than Jeter, Bradley 22 more than Manny, and Hamilton getting 32 votes to lead the  OFers...

I imagine he meant

Justin Duchscherer, who got some votes to be the AL starter in this survey.

The only other thing

is that he meant two former rangers as starters, regardless of position, and then his mind got distracted and he said pitcher.

Because the two former Rangers that are starters on that list are Volquez and A-Rod

Go Vote for Kinsler, Young, Hamilton, Bradley and write in Murphy. http://mlb.mlb.com/mlb/events/all_star/y2008/ballot_reg.html - Vote up to 25 times on as many email accounts as you can think of!

I'll have to admit

my ignorance on that one… of course I didn’t really start hardcore following the Rangers until 2005.

unfortunately

we all know it probably won’t go down like that.

probably not

all-star games are always full of a bunch of guys starting that don’t really deserve to be there.

Who’s More Now is still my favorite though…

Anyone hosting an ESPY’s party (J Timberlake hosting, oh yeah baby).....I could bring the mojitos and sauage links. You do like sausage dont you?

I've got a laptop for pleasure.....The Rangers for pain.
