I can do Skinny Cow and the WW ice cream. But staying away from DQ and similar places…not fun when none of my friends are watching what they eat.
How are you doing on WW? I’m pretty proud to say I’ve lost 25 lbs. since Christmas. I’m back to my college graduation weight. Working toward high school…we’ll see if I get there.

I've lost 35 pounds total since September '07 or so...
Started WW in January. I think my total since then is like 19. It definitely started coming off faster when I started the program.
My goal is to get to army weight. Not that I want to join the army (although the Nurse Corps/Reserves sometimes sounds attractive), but I’d like to have the option.

I do great. I also have a part-time job at Curves for Women, so it helps that I can workout for free (and in fact get paid). I’ve gotten lazy with the program lately though. I need to get motivated again.

i said "put on the dl" didnt I?
hurley dl = 1 move has to be made to bring up the combo of harrison and that guy thats starting tomorrow
hurley not on the dl = 2 moves have to be made (1 of which could be harrison back down).
obviously you get a spot back when you DFA that spot starter, but you couldnt just immediately bring the other guy back, youd have to wait.
whatever, its complicated.
ill just say i will be shocked if harrison goes down tomorrow.

I don't understand this thought process
You still have to make two moves. One of those two moves is Hurley going to the d.l.
If you don’t d.l. Hurley, you send down Madrigal or someone, and bring up Harrison, then you send Harrison down to make room for Ballard or whomever.

I agree now that I think about it. Harrison would be the best option to go down. If you send down Harrison, you keep another healthy arm in the bullpen by keeping Madrigal there. Harrison, is “wasted’ until Sunday. If Padilla starts on Sunday, he won’t need to stay anyhow.
