Hurley...
Misses more bats. Like his bulldog mentallity.
Harrison fared extremely well in his big league debut but he gave up a ton of balls hit dead on the freakin screws. He reminds me of John Koronka, just a little better…..

Yeah
I can do Skinny Cow and the WW ice cream. But staying away from DQ and similar places…not fun when none of my friends are watching what they eat.
How are you doing on WW? I’m pretty proud to say I’ve lost 25 lbs. since Christmas. I’m back to my college graduation weight. Working toward high school…we’ll see if I get there.

I've lost 35 pounds total since September '07 or so...
Started WW in January. I think my total since then is like 19. It definitely started coming off faster when I started the program.
My goal is to get to army weight. Not that I want to join the army (although the Nurse Corps/Reserves sometimes sounds attractive), but I’d like to have the option.

When I stick to WW religiously
I do great. I also have a part-time job at Curves for Women, so it helps that I can workout for free (and in fact get paid). I’ve gotten lazy with the program lately though. I need to get motivated again.

I finally broke down and started working with a personal trainer.
It helps me stay motivated during the stretches where I really don’t feel like working out, if nothing else.

Ah...yes, a personal trainer
That would definitely help me. I’ve started e-mailing back and forth with a friend who is also trying to lose weight. We throw the brutal honesty and numbers (gulp) up there. I’m hoping we can motivate each other.

that definitely helps too!
We took my measurements at the beginning (in May) and after one month. I lost almost 30 inches just by adding weight training.

Wow. That's pretty significant.
I weigh and measure every month at Curves. I’ve lost about 27 inches. And 4 percent body fat. Pretty pumped about that last stat.
