Was not called up after all. They’re gonna try and get through this game with the bullpen, and they’re gonna start Mendoza on short rest on Friday.

ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) — The Rangers scratched All-Star designated hitter Milton Bradley from the lineup Wednesday night against the Los Angeles Angels because of soreness in his left knee.
Texas also put pitcher Vicente Padilla on the 15-day disabled list with a stiff neck, retroactive to Saturday, and recalled right-hander Wes Littleton from Triple-A Oklahoma.

but hes been slumping for the entire salty era thus far so im sure the numbers do back it up.

at least hes thrown out runers since laird went down, but obviously this level of offense from an offensive catcher is unacceptable. hes certainly not seizing his oppurtunity.
