i don't think that quite applies to this.
3-2 is a very basic score. it will be achieved eventually. i mean, it’s not as common as 5-4 but probably more common than 11-8 (maybe not, considering these ARE the rangers).
i like einstein. read a biography on him earlier this year. not digging that quote in rangers circles. we could apply that definition of insanity to the rangers management i’m sure.

Last night he only had 1 AB, a bloop double over 1B. only 1 or 2 plays in the field, nothing special.
it was a classic willy mayes hayes pop fly droops oin the perfect hole for a triple.

hernia is on the mild end, with no torn muscles or ligaments but instead

I was all for benching Byrd earlier this year
But he has hit an insane .450/.500/.667 his last 15 games. He’s actually one of our few hot hitters these days – in fact, he might be out only one now that Kinsler’s on the DL.

Cat at leadoff would be better for the offense, but he has no range and he throws like Jaun Pierre in LF. I cringe every time I see him out there (and fortunately that is fairly rare these days).

im a big JD supporter, but im not too happy about it myself
i didnt think hed be much, but my knowledge of him was stats and a few innings in the mlb, not watching him every every 5 days like the rangers had guys doing.

Just as well that they did. The skies just opened up and the game is in a delay. So I’m not sure if they pulled him knowing bad weather was coming and they didn’t want him pitching on a muddy hill or if he is on a strict pitch count.
Better safe than sorry either way.
Between Feliz and Derek Holland, I am very excited about the future of our rotation. If we’re patient, we might not have to trade a Kins or a Hambone straight up for another team’s similar pitching prospect.

12-6, yet has a 6.5 ERA over last 10 games, an almost-5 ERA for the season, horrible WHIP, etc. Talk about benefiting from good run support and being massively overrated…

What's the deal with Detroit and Boston?
Did the baseball gods just predetermine that the Rangers would suck ass against these two teams this season? The freakish, heart-breaking ways they’ve found to lose every game they’ve played against these clubs is beyond depressing.
