Did hell freeze over?
A sweep, 3 great starts from the rotation, and Saltalamacchia went 3-4…

We need to hire Chuck Norris to kick the ass of any Ranger fan caught booing one of our young pitchers at the RBiA.

Aikman and Bradshaw?
Please. They are in the same league as Trent Dilfer and Jim McMahon as QBs who were taken to the SB by great Defenses and great Running Games.

It's so nice to have ESPN declare a team "the worst team in the league"
and know they’re not referring to the Rangers

I remember sweeps
The Rangers have gotten swept enough to keep them top of mind.

OT - Rick Reilly is a waste of oxygen
Since Adam linked to his last article to show how horrible Rick Reilly has gotten, I figured I would throw this one up also.
Believe it or not, he’s actually gotten worse. Career minor leaguers suing baseball for turning a blind eye to steroids? What a dumbass idea. At the end, I’m pretty sure the Stanford Law Professor is making fun of him but it just goes over his head.

They are the second-lowest scoring team in the AL
Only 4.07 RPG.
Irregardless, those wins are still a huge boost for the team and the pitching staff going into a 4 game set with the Angels.

I really enjoyed
Frankie going totally terrorist in the 9th. Nothing finer than 3 outs on 9 pitches.

True...
but let’s not forget it was against the bottom of the Royals lineup. He looked good, but there won’t be many easier hitters to face than that. Great way to break him into the closers role.

the rangers won due to the
swing at it all royals any team could beat them when they are this wild at bat, now comes the real test, a real team that can hit and pitch very well, the odds of the rangers sweeping the Angels is about a million to one, nice dream but not reality i’m afraid.
