Didn't expect
Frisco to be that high on the list.
Today is the youngest you will ever be. Act like it.

Frisco's ballpark
and good attendance make it a lock to be on lists like this

Very impressive
The next highest non-AAA franchise is #18 (Springfield, Corpus is #19). I guess the Texas League can be considered to be pretty healthy, with at least the three most valuable AA franchises among their eight. I was surprised that Kan County was #20. That was definitely not what I would have expected for the top A-ball franchise.
We are lucky in this state/region when it comes to minor league baseball. Not only are all four of Texas’ and Houston’s AA and AAA clubs nearby, they all have nice, fairly new ballparks, and they’re all on this top 20 list (RR is #4) for most valuable franchises.
Offense doesn't doubt me, but my first and primemost thing is defense and punt return and kickoff return

Frisco
i’m really not surprised to see them high on this list. It has an excellent ballpark thats been rated one of the best in the minors, and attendance is solid. The team picked the perfect location in frisco.
lots of families with money to spend on family events.
