Good stuff Jason...
I’m a little curious about the fielding grades you gave him though.
I would have thought peraps a 55 for present and 70 for potential. What is it that you see that he needs to work on other than just cutting down on the errors? I would think a lot of that just comes with youth and that he can get that straightened out within the next few years.
Perhaps I’m just nitpicking a little on that though.

70 represents a plus-plus grade
Andrus should end up as a plus defender at the mlb level (which is quite an accomplishment), but there just aren’t many plus-plus guys out there. I might have undersold his potential fielding grade a bit, but I couldn’t find a scout to corroborate a grade higher than 60.
I’m sure that there are some people out there (scouts, front offices, etc.) that have his fielding graded out higher than I do, but 70 seems a little too high, imo.
Good stuff as always
I would have thought that Andrus might have had a higher adjusted OFP, but 60 is far from bad.
By 2028, Mark Teixeira will be in the HOF.

where is the biggest uncertainty in the 'future' grades?
it seems like power would have the most potential to waver from the projection, just because there is plenty of territory to cover if he improves on that front. i tend to concur with those who think his HR ability will be limited but he’s just so young so its hard to discount the possibility that he might exceed that.
it seems from everything ive read that he is a natural fielder and is just about a lock to be at least league average with a high probability of being above average at short?
