It was always sad looking across that field and seeing 20 kids with no fans over there (cept for the occasional guard). To here what those fans did to make those kids feel welcome is just so inspirational. To have fans sit there and support these kids (some of which haven’t had any support in some time) really does these kids good to know people care about them.

But the best thing about these kids is seeing them play. I mean, these guys know they’re not as good as the other team across the field, but even if they are getting killed, they’re still smiling, having fun, and trying their hardest. It really saddens you to see these kids and how they live, but seeing them on that field makes you tear up somewhat. Seriously, what a great game football is…
