According to BA, Adam Melhuse has been signed to a minor league deal by the Rangers.
I suspect that Melhuse will be going to AAA and will back up Max Ramirez there, unless Taylor Teagarden or Jarrod Saltalamacchia is dealt, in which case he'll probably be the backup at the major league level.
